Refund and Cancellation Policy

Published: 23 July 2026 · Last revised: 3 August 2026

1. Scope and transaction role

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions to Lacasai and forms part of the Terms of Service. It is issued by Lacasai Global Company and sets Lacasai’s cancellation and refund terms. Lacasai operates the Service, and the merchant of record identified at checkout processes the transaction and any refund.

2. 14-day trial and automatic conversion

The trial lasts 14 days and requires a valid payment method. If you cancel before the trial ends, no subscription charge will be made. If you do not cancel, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and the first charge is made when the trial ends. The subscription then renews automatically at the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel through the cancellation route shown in your account, at checkout or on your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you cancel during the trial, no subscription charge will be made and access ends when cancellation is confirmed. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. If a refund is issued, access ends when the refund is issued.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee and mandatory rights

A full refund of the first subscription charge is available if you request it within 14 days after the charge. No reason is required. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable right or remedy under applicable law. Where applicable law or the merchant of record identified at checkout provides additional rights, the highest level of rights applies.

5. Requests, processing and contact

To request a refund or assistance with cancellation, use the refund or support route shown in your account, at checkout or on your receipt, or email hello@lacasai.com. Provide enough information to identify the transaction. Refunds are processed through the payment method and transaction route used for the purchase. Access ends when a refund is issued, and your financial institution may take additional time to display the credit.
